Travis is an excellent realtor. He helped me sell my house on the Boise bench and took care of everything. When the home inspection turned up some unexpected problems Travis even helped find a contractor to fix the issues so that we could get the house back on the market quickly. Travis was very proactive in getting the house sold. He responded quickly when people wanted to see the house. He also had some great suggestions for improving the curb appeal! Travis is an amazing person to have in your corner when buying a house. He went so far above and beyond for us and it made buying a house from out of state so much easier for us. He actually took the time to keep in touch with me for nearly a year before we were ready to purchase a home. His knowledge of the Boise, ID area and the market were spot on, and he is an excellent negotiator. He gave us excellent advice but supported whatever choices we made. Throughout the whole home buying experience he was upbeat and positive, regardless of the circumstances and he gave us all the time that we needed to tour and select the perfect house in a difficult market.
