A builder’s eye, a boutique’s attention
Timber and Love Realty is locally owned by Luke Caldwell, a Boise native and the star of HGTV’s Boise Boys and Outgrown. Long before the shows, Luke was restoring homes across the valley, a path that began, in part, with renovating a first house to help bring one of his children home through adoption.
In 2015 he founded both Timber and Love Design|Build and Timber and Love Realty, pairing a designer’s eye for a home’s potential with disciplined, client-first representation. Since then he has restored more than 100 Treasure Valley homes, developed a boutique subdivision near the Boise River, and reached tens of millions of viewers across 40+ HGTV episodes.
We keep the brokerage small on purpose. It’s how we stay close to the market, close to our clients, and accountable for the outcome. With more than $250 million in sales and a consistent place among Idaho’s top firms, we’ve grown by referral, one well-represented family at a time.

Travis is an amazing person to have in your corner when buying a house. He went so far above and beyond for us and it made buying a house from out of state so much easier for us. He actually took the time to keep in touch with me for nearly a year before we were ready to purchase a home. His knowledge of the Boise, ID area and the market were spot on, and he is an excellent negotiator. He gave us excellent advice but supported whatever choices we made. I was dead-set on buying a home without a realtor, but then met Travis at an open house and am so glad I did!
